Support Team Penny's Angels as we gear up for the 30th annual LRF / ABC 7 Gibbons 5K Run 3K Walk, coming up on SATURDAY June 1st at 8:30am in Montrose Harbor!
Who we are:
Penny's Angels is a chapter of the Leukemia Research Foundation, founded by family and friends after our mother Penny Brandwein passed away from leukemia (AML) in 1999. Since forming our chapter has raised over $300,000 to help the LRF fund new investigative research and provide patient support to families touched by these diseases. Why: Proceeds from the event benefit the Leukemia Research Foundation, the nation's largest nonprofit focused exclusively on funding leukemia research
